It's probably a good 30 years since I started to use cannabis flower essential oil myself for pain relief. I'd infuse a few drops in a carrier oil and Kenny - hubby to be - would massage it into my neck and shoulders. The effect was instant - the warming and gently numbing effect relieved tension and pain in those areas so effectively. The deeply grounding scent also helped with emotional turmoil and sleep.
