We offer a help line service by email where Kirsty, our founder will be able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Queries vary from 'How do I know this candle will be safe in pregnancy?' to 'Which products could you recommend for a good night's sleep?' If for any reason you're not delighted with any Zing product you've purchased or received as a gift, please contact Kirsty so she can arrange a suitable replacement or refund if preferred. We want our customers to be entirely satisfied with any of our products. Feel free to contact us as we're only too happy to engage directly with our customers in this way. And whilst we are not here to try to undermine other brands as such, if you want to ask a direct question about a particular product, Kirsty will not dodge the answer and will give you what in her opinion is an honest answer.
