What's in your perfume?

Posted by kirsty morrison on

The majority of perfumes these days still use synthetic fragrances derived from petroleum and tar. A great number of these have never been tested for toxicity, and the U.S. National Academy of Sciences has classified fragrances with heavy metals, insecticides and solvents as chemicals that should urgently be tested for neurotoxins.

At Zing Organics we only use pure essential oils to fragrance our perfumes. Our Aromasoar Solid Organic Perfumes contain 100% Certified Organic Ingredients. But we've gone even further than that. Every single essential oil and essential oil blend which we've had tested independently by The Department of Pure and Applied Chemistry at Strathclyde University was verified to be free of phthalates. These nasty chemicals can be used secretly by manufacturers to 'thin out' essential oils and are renowned endocrine disruptors.

We take the health of our customers very seriously and believe we're offering the highest standard of due diligence in creating our products. We're also the only brand to offer an open door workshop where you can come in and see your products being made at any time.

We can even create a personalised signature perfume just for you! Shop our Organic Perfumes at the following link.
